How Do We Choose Our Engineers?

Every engineer passes a practical technical assessment and a review of real past work, and is checked for clear communication. After they join a project, a senior engineer keeps reviewing their code, so quality does not depend on the hiring step alone.

    Clients need clear written English, honest updates and questions asked early. We test for this as seriously as for code.

    Vetting does not stop at hiring. A senior engineer reviews code on every project, so standards stay high after day one.

How Quickly Can a Team Start?

Within 48 hours of the call you receive 2 to 3 profiles of pre-vetted engineers to interview. Work starts as soon as you approve the people and agree on the scope, so the pace is set by your decisions, not by a hiring queue.

    The team is distributed and works async-first, with overlap with US and European business hours for standups, reviews and quick questions. You can reach the team on your Slack or Teams on working days.

  • What Happens If a Developer Leaves During the Project?

    Your project lead keeps documentation and code reviews current, so knowledge is not locked in one person. If someone leaves, we introduce a replacement for you to approve and the project lead manages the handoff.

  • What If a Developer Is Not the Right Fit?

    If a developer is not the right fit in the first two weeks, we replace them at no cost.

  • Is There a Minimum Commitment?

    A Dedicated Team and Individual Developers run month to month, with a one-month minimum and then 30 days’ notice. A Fixed-Price Project covers the agreed scope, nothing more.
