We reply within 24 hours on working days, then have a short call about the work. After that you receive a written proposal for a project, or 2 to 3 developer profiles if you need developers. Nothing starts until you approve it.

A Short Call About the Work

A Proposal or Engineer Profiles
For a project, you get a written proposal with a timeline and budget within 48 hours of the scoping call. If you need developers, you get 2 to 3 developer profiles within 48 hours of the call.
You Decide
You interview and approve every engineer before they start. Nothing begins until you agree on the scope and the people.

What Should I Include in My Message?

Can I Hire One Developer Instead of a Whole Team?
Yes. We work in three ways: a Fixed-Price Project, a Dedicated Team, or Individual Developers who join your own team. Tell us what you need in the form and we will suggest the model that fits.
Is There a Minimum Commitment?
A Fixed-Price Project covers the agreed scope, nothing more. A Dedicated Team and Individual Developers run month to month, with a one-month minimum and then 30 days’ notice.
