Senior Full-Stack Developer
- 5+ years with React and Node.js in production
- Strong TypeScript skills (Next.js a plus)
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Comfortable owning features end-to-end
- Clear written and verbal communication
AI/ML Engineer
- 3+ years with Python and ML pipelines
- Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face APIs
- Knowledge of RAG architecture and vector databases
- Strong foundations in data preprocessing and evaluation
Flutter Developer
- 3+ years building production Flutter apps
- Published at least one app to App Store and Play Store
- Proficient in Dart and state management (Riverpod/BLoC)
- Experience integrating REST APIs and Firebase
- Eye for clean, accessible mobile UI
UI/UX Designer
- 4+ years designing digital products (SaaS, mobile, web apps)
- Expert-level Figma skills including component libraries
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking
- Experience running user research and usability tests
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
DevOps Engineer
- 4+ years with AWS (ECS, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront)
- Strong Docker and Kubernetes experience
- CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance (GitHub Actions)
- Infrastructure as Code — Terraform preferred
- Security-first mindset and SOC2 / compliance awareness
Technical Project Manager
- 4+ years managing software development projects
- Strong engineering background (can read code and architect solutions)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like Linear or Jira
- Excellent client communication — you'll be the trusted point of contact
- Comfortable working across time zones (client-facing)
